Sometimes the best exercises are the ones that make you feel like a kid again. Activities like hopscotch, jump roping, skipping, running, dancing, and playful movement can naturally boost serotonin and endorphins: the “feel good” chemicals that help improve mood, reduce stress, increase focus, and support emotional well-being.
