We are thrilled to announce that on October 25th we will be hosting a workshop with Julia Gil - Classical Pilates ✨
Beyond the movement with Julia is an immersive workshop designed to explore Classical Pilates through both knowledge and movement. We will study the principles, intentions and relationships between the exercises, while putting that understanding into practice. It will be a workshop to learn, question, observe, and move with greater awareness~ connecting the intellectual understanding of the method with the physical experience of it, while networking with her peers and deepening the bond of our community.
