The goal isn't 70. It's being ready for what's next.

The scary part? He played his whole spring season like this 😱

Michael came back from ACL surgery strong on paper.
But every time he had to load, land, or push off, his left knee collapsed in.

So his right leg picked up the extra work. Not good.

This is a mobility, stability, strength, and trust problem.
He needs all 4 to be "ready".

So we took a step back and retrained his left leg
single-leg strength
landing mechanics
controlled jumping progressions
deceleration and lateral work.

3 months later?
He loads more weight through it.
He controls his landings.

And he says he's not holding back when running or sliding.

That's the difference between
a leg that's strong and
a leg that can handle the stress
your sport puts on it.

If your athlete got cleared post ACL surgery
but ALWAYS feels a step behind, slow out of the box, or hesitant changing direction...

This could be why.

Save this and send it to an athlete coming back from ACL surgery.

DM me MOVE and I'll show you exactly what we look for.

Then he maxed out 103 EV 👀

If your back is always sore, and your exit velocity is dropping
more stretching isn't always the answer.

This could actually be why.

Save and send to a teammate who's always complaining about their back.

DM me MOVE and I'll tell you where to look first.

He was dealing with back pain. Now he's touching 90.

Cody came in with low back discomfort.
The obvious move is to stretch the low back...
Right?

Not if it's coming from his ankles.

Watch his lunge and squat.
His heels pop up
Take that to the mound

His low back is doing all the work to slow him down.

So we got to work
- split squats
- calf raises
- knee to wall ankle shifts
- heel elevated goblet squat
- single leg RDL with a reach

The back discomfort is gone. And he just hit 90 for the first time.

If your pitcher is ALWAYS complaining about a tight low back after throwing...

This could be why.

Every coach tells him to squat deeper. Nobody checks if he actually can.

If your kid's heels lift off the ground when he squats, that's not him being lazy.
His body can't get there yet. And loading weight on top of that pattern is how young athletes grind up their knees and low backs before they're old enough to drive.

Most of the time at this age, it's the ankles.
If the ankle can't bend forward enough, the heel has to lift to compensate.
Super common in teenage boys — especially during growth spurts or after ankle sprains.

There's a quick test you can do at home. It's in the video.
Save this before his next squat day.

If your kid's squats look like this, DM me 'MOVE' — I'll show you exactly what we look for.

This is the class I wish existed when I started. 💙

Not the overcrowded group class where the coach is half working out and you leave feeling lost or judged. Small groups. Real coaching. Women who actually get it — the busy schedules, the kids, the showing up for yourself anyway.

You'll get stronger every week and more confident every day, alongside women who know exactly what you're carrying.

📍 Premier Athletics, Valley City — women 18 & up
⚡ Only 8 spots per class, and they fill fast.

Ready to feel strong, supported, and actually seen?
DM me **"WOMEN"** and I'll save you a spot. 💪

Your kid might be getting labeled “slow” for something that has nothing to do with speed.

When a young athlete’s hips are tight, he can’t get into position to sprint, to run the bases, or to sit behind the plate. The coach sees a slow runner.

What’s really happening is a mobility issue
and it’s fixable.

So before games, we spend five minutes opening up the hips — simple mobility work any one can do, no equipment.

If your kid is always last in sprints AND always getting told to “hustle more” — check the hips before you question the effort.

Has a coach ever called your kid slow when you knew something else was going on? Drop their age below 👇

DM me “HIPS” and I’ll send you the 5-minute pre-game hip routine.
