It may look like climbing, rolling, stretching and having fun—but so much learning is happening through every activity.

These little ones are building coordination, body awareness, confidence, strength and safe movement skills that create a foundation for every sport and activity they may try later.

Our Tiny Tumblers class starts tomorrow, and we have room for a few more little movers!

Designed for ages 3–4, this class helps children build confidence, coordination, balance and body awareness through fun, age-appropriate gymnastics and movement. No previous experience is needed.

Three more sleeps until My Tumble Kid classes begin!

If your little one is already climbing the furniture, practicing jumps and turning every room into an obstacle course, let’s give those big movements a place to grow.

Classes begin this Tuesday, August 25, for children walking through age 6 at RISE Fitness. Through age-appropriate gymnastics and movement, kids build coordination, balance, body awareness and confidence all while having fun!

My Tumble Kid’s next 6-week session starts Tuesday, August 25, and there’s still time to join us!

Our 30-minute classes use gymnastics and movement to help little kids build confidence, balance, coordination, body awareness, and independence while getting to move, explore, try new things, and have FUN.

And yes we really do start as soon as they’re walking!
