Find the star, plant those hands, and up go those little hips! We’re having some upside-down fun while practicing the building blocks of a handstand.

There’s a lot of learning happening between those wiggles! Every try helps our tumblers build strength, explore their balance, and discover what their bodies can do.

DELAWARE BUSINESS OWNERS: HAVE SPACE SITTING EMPTY IN THE EVENINGS?

Let’s fill it with little tumblers!

I’m Heather, owner and coach of My Tumble Kid, a mobile gymnastics and movement program for young children. I’d love to bring evening classes to more Delaware families, and I’m looking for a community partner with room for a few mats!

IDEALLY, WEDNESDAY EVENINGS
5–7 p.m. or 5:30–7:30 p.m.

I bring the equipment, teach the classes, and handle setup and cleanup. The kiddos get to practice rolls, balance, handstands, and more while building confidence!

A studio, church, community room, or another business with an open area could be a great fit. It’s a chance to welcome local families into your space and help bring something fun to our community.

Such a fun kickoff at Delaware Grace today! 💜🧡

We brought MTK right into their center, got the kids moving, tumbling, learning and building confidence, and left with lots of smiles.

Next up, Delaware Christian Academy this Thursday! 🤸‍♀️

Happy Friday! 🍂

This little chalk gymnast is ready for the weekend.

Grab some sidewalk chalk and draw a balance beam for your little one. Walk the line, hop over a leaf, stretch tall like a tree, then finish with a big “ta-da!” pose.

Those little “Watch me!” moments are my favorite. What are you and your family up to this weekend?

A little toe tap takes a lot of concentration! 💜

This playful balance beam challenge helps our little gymnasts practice balance, coordination, and body control as they carefully reach for each cone.

One foot at a time, with a helping hand when they need it. I love getting to support these little moments of learning and watch their confidence grow. 🧡

Children ages walking–6 will learn real gymnastics skills while building confidence, coordination, body awareness, and independence in a fun and supportive environment.
