For those who have not heard of us — MSC Soccer Coaching is a youth player development program right here in the Geneva Lakes community. Every Saturday this summer we host small group clinics in Elkhorn built around elite development. Each week brings a different focus — technical work, passing and movement, decision-making, and live scrimmaging — all run at a professional standard by a training staff that includes a former Milwaukee Wave and Torrent professional.
This is not a recreational program. This is intentional development in a small group setting of no more than 12 players per session. $20.

Last Saturday we hosted something special. ⚽🔥
An exclusive 90-minute clinic for our MSC community — and it did not disappoint.
This session was invitation-only for the players and families already in our program. A focused, high-energy environment built for serious development. No distractions. Just work.
Here is what we put them through:
🔁 Circuits — Multi-station rotations designed to challenge players technically and physically.
⚽ Passing & Movement — The foundation of the game. We worked combination play, give-and-go patterns, and movement off the ball. The kind of technical work that makes every player on the field better regardless of position.
🧠 Pointers & Demonstrations — Real time coaching, individual corrections, and hands-on demonstrations so every player understood not just what to do — but why.
💪 Encouragement — Because development is as much mental as it is physical. We push our players. We also believe in them. Every single one.
🏃 Scrimmaging — Putting it all together in live game situations. This is where the training becomes instinct.
The energy in that session was exactly what MSC is about. These players showed up ready to work and they left better than when they arrived. That is the standard we hold every single time.

📣 And now we are bringing this experience to everyone this summer.
MSC is officially launching weekly clinics in Elkhorn — every Saturday, all summer long.
Each week is a fresh session. The first 12 players to register each week claim their spot. Once it is full it is full — so don't wait.

Something special is happening at MSC Soccer Coaching. And we want our community to be the first to know. 🔥

⚽ My name is Juan Carlos Martinez and I started MSC Soccer Coaching right here in the Geneva Lakes community. Over the past year the families and players I have had the privilege of working with have experienced firsthand what intentional, professional development looks like. The results have been real. Last week was one I won’t forget.

Spending time in a professional soccer environment, watching how players train, prepare, and compete at the highest level — it gives you a different perspective on the game.
The details, the intensity, the discipline… everything has purpose.

You begin to understand what real development looks like — not just talent, but structure, consistency, and the right environment.
And then there’s match day.

The energy, the passion, the connection between the fans and the team — it’s something you feel. It reminds you how powerful the game can be when it’s done the right way.

Being around that level of professionalism is both humbling and motivating.
I’m coming back with a renewed sense of clarity and energy — ready to continue building a development environment that truly supports players and families in our area.

The goal remains the same:
Help players develop the right way.
Create an environment where they can grow with purpose.
