Sometimes Saturdays are for HERO WOD’s and we get to remember a fallen Hero and honor their legacy with a workout created especially for them.

Col Gregory “Evil” Watson was a B-52 weapons system officer in the Air Force Reserves, and former Commander of the 343rd Bomb Squadron. Despite his callsign, Evil was known for being anything but. He had a wicked sense of humor, but was also incredibly kind to all he encountered. Evil was killed onboard B-52 TORCH11 on 15 June 2026 at Edwards AFB, when the test aircraft crashed shortly after takeoff. This Hero WOD was created by No Ceilings Crossfit in Shreveport, LA, where Evil, his wife, and 7 children called home.
