Once again, I have to say how disappointed I am in how some individuals are treating the Kingsbury courts. Today I cleaned numerous pieces of chewed gum off the courts as well as chicken nuggets. In addition, I noticed that the number 6 was missing off the fence which indicates the number of the court and the other numbers look like they have been beaten with something like a bat. Furthermore, it appears that someone is purposely pulling apart the wires holding the low fence nearest the road. Please, let’s do better and look after this location that brings fun and exercise for so many people in our community.

More items in the lost and found . Lost and found box will be at the courts today ( Wednesday, June 24th) from 4:30-6:30, Thursday, June 25th from 8-9:30 am
and Friday from 4:30- 6:30 pm. If you lost a paddle, clothes, drink containers, etc, it might be in the box.

I was at the courts trying to fix the low spots on Court 3 and was dismayed when I got to Court 6 and whatever group was playing there last night, apparently, decided that they could just leave their trash. I picked up 8 empty water bottles, an almost empty drink cup from a coffee shop, and some general trash. We have addressed this in the past. All we are asking is that players should clean up the court they are using before they leave. We even added a trash can so both exits have them for convenience. Let’s all be responsible for keeping our courts clean.
