Great jumps require more than just what we do in practice during the season & should be an improved skill outside of practice!💪

Wondering what your toe touch should look like? Take a look below! Things to focus on for tryouts.👇🏼

✨ Tight arms placed in front of you
✨ Keeping your chest UP and not dropping your chest to your feet
✨ Rotate your hips/sit in your jumps to increase height
✨ Straight legs & pointed toes!
