Huffmaster Racing isn’t just about, well… racing.

Our clients have a broad range of tastes, and let’s face it—in Michigan, not much road racing is happening once the tracks close for the season.

This week, we had the pleasure of putting a 1967 Chevelle SS resto-mod with an LT1 tr6060 combo on the dyno. The owner wanted to know how many ponies the wheels were truly making it. We made a few baseline pulls, reviewed the results, and then had a conversation about the possibilities from there.

There's a lot more to racing than what happens on the track! 🏁

Between winning another national championship at the SCCA Runoffs and transforming a customer's BMW E92 into a purpose-built race car, the Huffmaster Racing team has had plenty to keep us busy.

We're sharing both stories in the next newsletter edition of The Huffmaster Racing Line, along with more photos, technical details, and news from around the shop.

🏆 Three years on the Runoffs podium! This year's trip to Road America ended with another national championship and a 1–2 finish for the team.

🔧 A BMW with a second life. When Dr. Machado lost his previous race car, he decided to turn his daily-driver E92 into his next race car. We've got the story behind the build, including the details that make this project special.

It's official! The Huffmaster Racing team did it again, they took P1 and P2 in T4 at the 2026 SCCA Runoffs.

Matt Spicuzzi brought home gold and Alex Lozano got silver. Way to go guys!

It's Runoffs time!!
