“HOTWORX has become so much more than a workout for me—it’s where I reset, refocus, and reconnect with myself every single day. What started as a fitness journey has grown into a lifestyle that impacts every part of who I am.
Inside the sauna, I’ve built strength, discipline, and confidence, but the greatest gift has been the community. I’ve found people who encourage me, challenge me, and remind me to keep showing up, even on the hard days.
