Meet Rebecca! SHE'S BACK! She’ll be teaching Titanium again at the New Bedford location Tuesdays at 5pm starting 1/25!

She is a Physical Therapist Assistant with 12 years of experience in exercise science, kinesiology, personal training. She is an NPC bikini competitor and just placed 2nd in my last show this past September at the NPC Ohio State.

She is excited to get back to helping others in their health and fitness journey!
