Shoutout to the St. Thomas Aquinas Fathers Teaching Sons Group for spending this past Saturday with us at Rio!

We loved having you on the mats for a BJJ class and getting to share an experience that goes beyond learning techniques.

BJJ teaches patience, discipline, confidence, resilience, and the importance of showing up for the people around you. But some of the most meaningful lessons happen when fathers and sons learn, struggle, laugh, and grow together.

There’s something special about stepping onto the mats side by side and creating memories that go beyond the class.

Win or lose, every match is an opportunity to grow. It takes discipline, courage, and countless hours of training to test yourself at this level, and we’re proud of every athlete who represented Rio with heart and determination.
