Loading in ONE WEEK. **Free Training!**
You can run a 5k and we can help you do it. Drop in training for the next seven weeks at Windhaven Meadows Park in Plano. It’s free. It’s fun. And will teach you how to get your 5k done!!!

No prior running experience needed. This is a couch-to-5k approach.
