What an amazing weekend of teacher training at Yogees 🧘‍♀️✨

We are so proud of this incredible group for showing up with open hearts, curiosity, kindness, and a true love for children. Watching them grow, connect, learn, and step into their confidence was so special.

We are beyond excited for them to go out into the world and spread the love, mindfulness, movement, and magic of yoga to more kids and families. The ripple effect begins now 💛

This morning Yogees Yoga 4 Kids was on the news! Did you see us? 🚨📺

We’re so excited to be pairing up with and to help spread mindfulness, movement, and mental health awareness!
Here at Yogees Yoga 4 Kids we are so excited for the days to come!

🧘🏻As a reminder if you are ready to take the next step in becoming a kids yoga teacher we are offering a 10 hour teacher training this May 16 from 8am -6pm, where you will learn techniques to implement wether it’s in your classroom, your home, your therapy rooms with kids to enhance mindfulness and breathing in their lives!
