One of our favorite things to do each season is sit down, write out personal cards, and send them to our students! 💌

It may seem like a small gesture, but taking the time to personally reflect on each student and recognize their growth, effort, character, and accomplishments means so much.

We want our students to know that are noticed. We notice when they push through a tough class, step outside their comfort zone, show leadership, help a teammate, or simply keep showing up and putting in the work.

Confidence is built when you step onto the floor and trust yourself to do it on your own! When the kids test for forms, it can be nerve racking. The whole class is watching and the pressures on. But the feeling of “I did it” is what creates a champion mentality right after🥋

Summer Graduation 2026☀️

We traded our uniforms for swimsuits to celebrate another amazing season of growth and progress! 💦

We’re so proud of every student who showed up, pushed themselves, and kept learning all summer long. Some take breaks over the summer but we never stop working!! 1% better everyday❤️

🥋Accountability starts with the little things🥋

When a student learns to double-check their stance, their hands, their technique, and their effort, they’re building a habit that reaches far beyond the dojo. As they grow, that same mindset helps them take responsibility for their choices, recognize when they’ve made a mistake, and make the decision to do better without always needing someone else to point it out.

That’s accountability in action.

🥋 We don’t just teach kids how to do things correctly. We teach them how to hold themselves accountable for doing them correctly.

After a few weeks of work, and their form is already looking sharper!
