Hello everyone!

Karate Atlanta Brookwood is excited to host a FREE Women’s Self-Defense Seminar this Friday from 6:15–7:15 PM!

This seminar is open to ages 15+ and is designed to teach practical self-defense skills, awareness, confidence, and basic techniques that can help women stay safe in everyday situations. No martial arts experience is needed — beginners are absolutely welcome!

Whether you currently train with us, used to train with us, or have never stepped on the mat before, we would love to have you join us for this empowering and informative event.
