It’s Wednesday! ✨ Which means it’s time to spotlight someone else in our community! And today we are shinning the light on one of our teachers and impactors - Mallory Guillot! 🔦

Mallory was born and raised in the Midwest - Sweet home Chicago- and she grew up as an elite soccer and basketball player as well as an avid runner. For college, she ventured to Louisiana playing her way all the way to Louisiana Tech University where she met her best friend and husband of 10 years. In her 15 years of living in Louisiana, she became a mom to an amazing set of 9 year old triplets and now six year old.

She tried her first hot yoga class twelve years ago and her passion was ignited. Now along with running on the trails, she can be found on her yoga mat or playing soccer with her four active kids.

She obtained her 200hr RYT certification in 2018 to dive deeper into her own practice and share her love for yoga with others.  She aims to empower her students to push themselves to their edge and discover their own inner strength and determination.  I

Come join her in Studio for a Hot Flow Class on Tuesday night’s at 6pm! Or for a Warm Flow where she can sub where she can!

It’s Wednesday! ✨So you know what that means - another Spotlight! And today we’re featuring one of our Yoga Teachers / Impactor - !

She teaches on Tuesday nights at 6pm and subs whenever she can! Read a little bit more about her below. 🤗
