Labor Day Hours & Open Mat Notice

​Please note that all regularly scheduled classes will be canceled on Monday, September 7th for Labor Day.

​We will, however, host an Open Mat session at 6:00 PM on Monday for any members looking to get a workout in!

​Have a fun and safe Labor Day holiday! Regular class schedules resume on Tuesday, September 8th. See you on the mats!

​We’re launching a $5 Non-Member Drop-In Special for our brand-new Level 1 Kickboxing classes every Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 6am!

​If you’ve been looking for a sign to start your morning with high energy, this is it. No experience? No problem—our coaches will walk you through the fundamentals step-by-step.

​Starting next Tuesday August 11, 2026, our Level 1 Kickboxing class is moving to an earlier start time:

​⏰ New Time: 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM (Formerly 6:30 AM)
🗓 Days: Tuesday & Thursday mornings
