LABOR DAY SCHEDULE! 🇺🇸

As we celebrate Labor Day, please take note of our schedule at Presa Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu!

NO KIDS CLASSES on Monday, September 7th, in observance of Labor Day.

OPEN MAT — 10:00 AM
Adult class at 7:00 PM

Kids classes resume Tuesday, September 8th at 6:00 PM and will return to their normal schedule.

We hope everyone has a safe, relaxing, and happy Labor Day!

My Presa Pups (ages 5–7) showed up today energized, focused, and ready to learn!

Today we talked about bullies and emphasized that they never have to feel helpless or afraid when they know what to do. We focused on awareness, confidence, and knowing how to respond appropriately if they ever find themselves in a difficult situation.

Training with a purpose means teaching our kids that Jiu-Jitsu is more than what happens on the mats. These skills help our kids stay calm, make good choices, protect themselves when necessary, and confidently navigate challenges.

We’re not just teaching Jiu-Jitsu—we’re equipping them skills they can carry with them wherever they go.

What an incredible first Pre-Teen/Teens class!

Our first class with Coach Omar was a huge success, and we’re excited to provide a positive environment where students can build character, discipline, respect, and resilience while developing strong jiu-jitsu fundamentals.

We’re still enrolling students ages 12–15. If you’re looking for a program that challenges, encourages, and helps your child grow both on and off the mats, we’d love to have you join us!
