PURE Strength
Join our traditional resistance training class in a large group setting, emphasizing sets, reps, proper form, and progressive strength development. Each coach-led session follows a specific muscle-group split with high-level programming, including:
- Chest + Back
- Legs + Shoulders
- Weak Links (Biceps, Triceps, Calves, and Stabilizers)
PURE HIIT
Experience our signature high-energy interval training! With three different HIIT workouts each week, youβll enjoy variety while having the chance to repeat sessions for measurable progress.
PURE LIIT (Low Intensity Interval Training) π₯πͺπ½
This low-impact, slower-paced class caters to those who prefer a less intense training environment. Key features include:
- More transition time between sets
- Controlled movements and pacing
- Lower-impact exercises
- Quieter music and a relaxed atmosphere
Class Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 10:30 AM.
CFT Power Hour:
Engage in a balanced, high-energy class that combines Olympic lifting with constantly varied functional workouts. Expect a mix of strength training and conditioning, featuring smooth transitions and smart pacing. Each session is scalable and thoughtfully designed to build strength, endurance, and confidenceβensuring that no two workouts are ever the same.
