Zumba Fitness with Connor O'Malley Welcome to my Facebook Zumba (R) Fitness page. Please join to stay up-to-date with classes, Zumbatho I teach Zumba Fitness classes at the YMCA in Corning, NY.

See address and times above. My Zumba class is high impact, high calorie burning... and of course, fun! However, every move can be modified for all fitness levels. Everyone is welcome. Classes are included with a monthly membership. I am licensed to teach regular Zumba classes and Zumba toning. I have been teaching Zumba since August, 2013. My wife and I have been attending Zumba classes since 2009.

This evening Maria is going to sub. Yesterday I received my second dose of the Moderna vaccine and it kind of knocked me out. Not to mention we have a new born at home. Should be back next week!!!
