The biggest change isn’t always physical — it’s confidence.

For Crystal, that shows up outside the gym. Hiking, staying active, and completing the NH 48 4000-footers — all while bringing her daughter along for the journey.

It started with wanting to feel better, build healthier habits, and stay consistent. Over time, that turned into something much bigger.

Today we remember, honor and thank the men and women who served and sacrificed for our country.

Murph means something different to everyone.

For some, it’s the challenge.
For others, it’s the tradition, the community, or the opportunity to reflect and remember.

What stays consistent every year is people coming together to honor those who gave so much more.
