The motto all year long was "Let's Build Something" and I couldn't be more proud of what the 2025 Conway Springs Volleyball program built.
HIGHLIGHTS:
*a complete flip of the varsity record from the previous season finishing 26-15.
*a JV record of 10-10 with 9 of their 10 losses being to schools 3A or bigger.
*the first 20 win season in 20 years.
*the first win against Cheney in as many years
*BACK TO BACK Regional Champions!
*SUB STATE CHAMPIONS for the first time in 20 years.
*a trip to state where we battled and proved we belonged with two 3 set matches with the #2 and #3 seeds!
We finished 2nd at the Medicine Lodge Invitational - 1st at the Kingman Tournament - 3rd at the Circle Invitational
Had 3 athletes nominated to the all tourney team at Med. Lodge
Had 2 athletes nominated to the all tourney team at Kingman
Had 3 athletes named to the CPL All League!
Had 1 athlete named to the State All Tournament Team!
This group of girls is a special one. One that took adversity and let it fuel them. A group that believed in themselves, their teammates, and their coaches. Who set goals, screamed those goals out loud daily, and didn't stop until they accomplished them.
To say I'm sad to see it end is an understatement. But I am so grateful for the memories, blessed to have been a part of it, and excited to see how we continue to build on it!
