Hey, this is Keith. Just a reminder that the swim team season is scheduled to begin this Tuesday, May 28th. The 10:30 practice is primarily for the younger swimmers in the 10 and under group, with the 11-12 age group on the line between attending either practice. I will use these contact numbers to notify you if cancellations due to weather. On Thursday, May 30th we will not have morning practice since I will be taking one of my daughters to Manhattan to drop her off for HOBY, a leadership camp.

It is that time of year again...the annual swim team trip to the Starlite Drive-In. We will be meeting at the pool at 7:10, and leaving shortly after 7:15 in order to get to the Drive-In by 8:00, when they open.

This is the response they gave me when I asked what they would be showing on the 24th.

Screen 1 should be cars 3, wonder woman, and pirates of the Caribbean: dead men tell no tales
Screen 2 Transformers the last knight, 47 meters down, and Baywatch.
We will post our schedule once every is confirmed.

When we get their you can choose which screen you would like to go to. We usually park towards the back of each screen's parking area so we can walk back and forth and visit with each other before and between movies. You can bring your own drinks and snacks, or visit the snack bar with lots of options. The first movie starts around 9:15 or 9:30, with the third movie of the evening starting at around 1:45 in the morning. Feel free to stay for one, two, or all movies. Most of the time I make it through two.

If you think your family will go, let me know by Friday evening so I know who to expect. That way we won't leave anyone behind and we can park next to each other.

Ok, thank you all for speaking up so quickly! I have attached a sign up sheet for workers, and a donation list. Be sure to open the tabs at the bottom to view the different sheets in excel. If you have any questions, get back with me. As I hear back from you, I will send out updated lists and post of our page. I can pick up what needs to be picked up at Sams, unless someone else would like to volunteer, but I have to go in anyway, to get the things people have just donated money for. I would like to meet at my house friday evening to put the fruit cups together, and to make sure we have everything that we need.

Ok, Jenny has given us the go-ahead for the concessions for breakfast at our home meet. She also asked if we would want lunch as well. So, I am asking for volunteers. I know it will require alot for our home meet. But, we only have one home meet. The other three we can "relax" and watch the kiddos:) If you think this would be taking on too much, please speak up. I need to know by this evening if this is something we want to take on. I can pick up supplies, but am asking for as many donations/workers as possible, if we choose to do breakfast & lunch concessions.

Hello Everyone,

I just want to do a final check with everyone on dues, T-Shirts, and Team Suits. I would like to have all three of these fully updated and finalized by Monday, June 6th so we can go ahead and get the shirts and suits ordered in enough time for us to receive them before the first meet. There are only a couple people left who need to pay dues so just please give those to me or Amber Hilger by Monday. I will be working at the pool Saturday and Sunday if you want to give it to me before Monday, but if not, then you can just bring it to practice on Monday.

In relation to shirts, I need a preference on Tank or T-Shirt from Macie Hartman, Lanie Hartman, Reagan Ohl, and Nathan Ohl. Also, if any of the parents would like to purchase additional shirts for themselves or other family members, then email me back ASAP with sizes and whether or not you want a T-Shirt or Tank. I already have Margaret Willson's and Melissa Hartman's extra shirt orders.

In regards to suits, email me back if your child is needing to purchase a suit and didn't get a chance to try one on or order one yet.

Finally, I am going to figure out the total amount of money we have in our account and let you know exactly how much we will be shaving off of the cost of suits by Monday or Tuesday of this coming week. Thank you for your patience with this!

Hello Everyone!

I hope everyone's summer is off to a good start. I just wanted to email everyone the date and place of the information meeting this year. The meeting will take place at the Mies Residence (511 W. Parallel Street) at 7:00pm this Thursday, May 26th. It should last for approximately 45 minutes. I will have informational handouts and sign-up sheets at the meeting for everyone to fill out while the meeting is going on if they wish (that way we can collect as many of the sheets and payments as possible early on to avoid confusion and you can ask any questions that you have about them). Swim team dues will be $25 per swimmer as has been the norm for the past few years or so. This cost covers the price of the shirt your child(ren) will receive. If you can't make it, just let me know and I can email you a copy of the information sheet so you don't get left out and you have all of the important dates and activities available to you. Also, fee free to forward this email to anyone else you know whose kids would/might be interested in participating this year! The more the merrier!
