We are so incredibly honored and grateful to have been voted Best Gym/Fitness Center in the WCBI Viewer’s Choice Awards 2026!

When we opened The Gym, we had a vision of creating more than just a place to work out. We wanted to create a place where people felt comfortable, supported, and motivated to become the best version of themselves. To see what The Gym has grown into in such a short amount of time is something we’ll never take for granted.

Thank you to every single person who took the time to vote for us, supports us, walks through our doors, attends our classes, and continues to believe in what we’re building. This award belongs to all of you too! 🖤

New Staffed Hours
🕙 Monday–Thursday: 10 AM–7 PM
🕙 Friday: 10 AM–4 PM
🕙 Saturday: 10 AM–2 PM

👧 Kids Room for children under 4
Monday–Thursday: 4 PM–8 PM

🏋️ Class Pricing
💲 Members: $5
💲 Non-Members: $15

⚠️ Facility Access Reminder

To help keep our members safe and ensure everyone has proper access:

• Guests are NOT permitted in the facility unless they have purchased a day pass, week pass, or membership.
• These passes and memberships must be purchased DURING STAFFED HOURS!!
• Every person entering the gym must scan in using their OWN Kisi door access, which is provided after purchasing a pass or membership.

ALLOWING SOMEONE INTO THE FACILITY WITHOUT A VALID PASS OR MEMBERSHIP WILL RESULT IN:
* 1st offense: $50 fine
* 2nd offense: Immediate termination of membership

This next event is one you’re not going to want to miss! I’m partnering with Trigger Time to bring you a FREE Pilates class along with an opportunity to learn how to safely handle a gun and practice shooting in a safe environment. You do not need any experience with Pilates or guns, this event is for beginners and practice guns will be used (so no loud noises or real ammo) all you need is to bring a mat! Feel free to message me if you have any questions!
