We’re excited to wish three of our own the best of luck as they head into Peak Week and prepare to step on stage this weekend at the NPC Battle On The Gulf Coast! 🤘

The road to the stage isn’t easy. It takes months of dedication, discipline, sacrifice, and consistency to reach this point. From early mornings and tough workouts to carefully planned meals and unwavering commitment, these ladies have put in the work every single day.

Join us in cheering on Jessica Tackett (Owner), Amble Thompson (Trainer), and Penny Covington Easom (Member) as they put the finishing touches on their prep and get ready to showcase the results of their hard work.

We are incredibly proud to have each of them representing The Gym this weekend and can’t wait to see them shine on stage! 🖤
