👌Youth Performance Camp is back for week 2!
Week 2's focus is Strength & Movement Fundamentals building a strong foundation through proper movement mechanics and safe strength training.

• Push and pull movements
• Core stability
• Bodyweight strength
• Mobility and flexibility
Competition & Fun Activities:
• Team circuit challenges
• Medicine ball relays
• Core endurance games
• Partner strength competitions
