But because at McDaniel Fitness, we’ve always believed the real transformation is bigger than a picture.
Nicole is coming up on ONE YEAR with us, and what you see here represents months of consistency, discipline, early mornings, accountability, and a woman who simply refused to stop showing up.
The physical change is undeniable. 🔥
But what makes us even prouder is what happened BEYOND the picture.
Nicole recently shared that her endocrinologist was able to take her off insulin and that her A1C improved into the prediabetic range.
THAT is why we do this. 💙
We want you to lose the weight.

But most importantly, we want fitness to change the quality of your life.
Nicole earned every bit of this transformation. Our job was to coach her, challenge her, hold her accountable, and remind her what she was capable of until she could see it for herself.
