“Hips extend then flex”
When?
The transition from 2nd pull to 3rd pull of the sn**ch and clean
What does this mean?
“It’s not just about violent long extension.
It’s about how you can extend and then flex again.”
In an effort to receive the bar in a strong and stable position, the hips must flex just as aggressively as they extended during the 2nd pull.
I hope you found this valuable. If so, or tag someone who needs to see it.
