I love seeing athletes get the mechanics right!

This here is a push shot release. A quick release that also has a ton of power behind it when done correctly.

Always be practicing new ways to shoot the puck. If practicing a new shot like this can get you 3-5 more goals this season, would you do it? Commit to getting it right and practice it weekly!

🚨 COLUMBUS… WE’RE COMING BACK! 🚨

The work continues July 13–17 at the Hamilton Community Center & Ice Arena. Expect five days of elite instruction, skill development, competition, and a camp environment your athlete won’t want to leave.
