It’s not always obvious right away.

Your schedule can be full. Your team can be producing. On the surface, everything looks like it’s working.

But when your fees, codes, and overall strategy aren’t aligned, the numbers start to tell a different story over time.

This is one of the most common things I see when I step into a practice. Not a lack of effort, but a gap in how the work is being valued and supported financially.

And small misalignments here can have a much bigger impact than most realize.

This is one of the most common patterns we see in practices that are doing everything right operationally but still not seeing the financial progress they expect.

It’s easy to assume you need more patients or higher production. In reality, it often comes down to how your fees are structured behind the procedures you perform every day.
