7:00–8:00 AM — Rise & Refresh: Sunrise Yoga

Begin the week with gentle yoga, mindful movement, breathwork, and rest. This accessible, beginner-friendly practice is designed to ease tension, support mobility, and cultivate calm and clarity before the pace of the week begins. Modifications are offered.
Tuesday, August 11
6:00–7:00 PM — Vibrant Self: Somatic Movement & Meditation

A gentle somatic practice for calming the nervous system and releasing accumulated stress and emotional tension. The class combines movement, supported relaxation, meditation, visualization, journaling, and reflection to help participants reconnect with a calmer, more confident and vibrant sense of self.
4:00-5:30 PM — Relax & Roll: Relieve Tension, Restore Movement

A guided self-myofascial-release class using therapy balls, mindful movement, breath, and body awareness. Participants explore areas of tension, support mobility, and learn practical techniques they can continue at home. The emphasis is on curiosity, choice, and ease—not pushing through discomfort. Therapy balls are provided; participants should wear comfortable clothes, preferably layers.

A guided conscious-breathing practice intended to quiet mental activity, soften tension, and create space for emotional release, clarity, and reconnection. Previous Grove materials describe Sara’s approach as incorporating intention-setting, energy awareness, grounding, and integration.

9:00–10:00 AM — Meditation

A body-based meditation practice inviting participants to slow down, sense, and listen. Through somatic awareness and mindful exploration, participants practice accessing the body’s wisdom, inner knowing, and deeper truths.
12:00–1:00 PM — iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation

A trauma-informed guided meditation supporting profound relaxation and restorative rest. Participants settle comfortably, often lying down with bolsters, pillows, blankets, or eye coverings, and are guided through the peaceful space between waking and sleep. Open to adults with no prior experience.

9:30–11:00 AM — Centered: Gentle Yoga & Resonant Sound

A restorative combination of gentle yoga, mindful movement, resonant sound, and supported rest. Movement prepares the body before an extended period of relaxation accompanied by sound, creating space for grounding, reflection, and nervous-system settling. Participants don't need to bring anything but themselves and whatever their intention for practice.
