The official AAU Taekwondo National Championships handbook has been updated, and ALL new rule changes for Olympic Sparring and Sport Poomsae will be fully implemented and enforced at the 2026 AAU National Championships in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

We strongly encourage everyone to review the updated rules before arriving at Nationals to ensure a smooth and successful competition experience.
