Proud of everyone who showed up, pushed through, and honored the meaning behind the workout today. From the first rep to the last, this was about more than fitness. It was about resilience, community, sacrifice, and remembering those who gave everything for our freedom.

From awareness and movement to scenario-based training and decision-making under stress, this seminar pushed people outside their comfort zones and gave them practical tools that could make a difference when seconds count.
