This Monday, weโ€™re focusing on squat tempo with the following structure:

๐Ÿ”น **Tempo**:
- Down for 2 seconds
- 3-second pause at the bottom
- Explode up in 1 second

๐Ÿ”น **Sets**: 5
๐Ÿ”น **Reps**: 2 to 5 (based on your training age)

๐Ÿ”น Training age
- 1 to 4 years of lifting: 5 reps at 65% of your one-rep max
- Over 10 years of lifting: 2 reps at 85% of your one-rep max
