We’re incredibly proud of our team for stepping onto one of the biggest stages in jiu-jitsu and representing our team with courage, composure, and heart.

Every match was an opportunity to test ourselves, grow, and come back better.

Huge congratulations to our competitors, coaches, and everyone who showed up to support the team.

Closed Guard Basics: Holding the guard 🔒

Maintaining our closed guard has three main principles:

1. Hamstring curling our legs to eliminate space
2. Breaking posture with a knees to chest movement
3. Advancing our guard higher when given the chance

Use these tips to increase your control from closed guard!
