✨🎭 RECITAL WEEK IS HERE! 🎭✨

Tonight kicks off our first Act 1 Combined Schedule Rehearsal, and we can’t wait to see all of our amazing dancers back in the studio working hard and getting recital-ready! 💖

📅 Monday, June 8th
📍 MMDC – Act 1 Rehearsal

⏰ Please arrive dressed and ready to dance at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time.

🖤 All dancers age 6 and older should wear ALL BLACK.
👟 Make sure you have the correct dance shoes for every dance.
📝 Please remember that all times are tentative and may vary slightly depending on rehearsal progress.

This is our final week of preparation before hitting the big stage, and we are so excited to watch all of the hard work from this season come together! Let’s make Season 8: Magic 8 – Make It Count one to remember! ✨

We are beyond thrilled to officially announce that Making Moves Dance Company will be hosting Abby Lee Miller right here in the Tri-Cities on August 15th! 🎉💃

After months of planning and coordination, everything is finalized and we have secured a venue large enough to welcome dancers from studios all across our community and beyond! This is more than just a workshop—it’s an opportunity for dancers to learn, grow, be inspired, and connect with fellow dancers who share the same passion for dance.

Whether you’re a competitive dancer, recreational dancer, or simply looking for an unforgettable experience, this event is open to ALL levels and ALL studios! 🌟

📱😂 This is what happens when you leave your phone unattended during Combined Schedule Week!

While digging through the archives, we came across this hilarious vlog created by our Class of 2025 seniors and staff during last year’s recital preparation week! 🎥✨

The laughter, the random moments, the friendships, and the memories made behind the scenes are what make MMDC so much more than just a dance studio. These are the moments our dancers will remember long after they leave the stage. 💜

As we head into another Combined Schedule Week, we’re feeling a little nostalgic and so grateful for all the incredible dancers, families, staff, and seniors who have been part of our journey.

Tonight’s combined schedule includes our Tumble Tots, Acro, Hip Hop, Modern, Musical Theatre, Jazz, Jazz Funk, and several solo, duo, trio, and group routines as we continue polishing every detail for the stage!

Congratulations to Studio 25 Dance Co. on a beautiful first dance recital and the successful conclusion of your very first season! 🎉💃

We thoroughly enjoyed attending the show and watching your talented dancers shine on stage. It was so special to see the excitement, confidence, and joy each performer brought to their routines.

What stood out just as much as the dancing was the incredible love and support from your staff, dancers, and dance families. Building a strong studio family is something truly special, and it was evident throughout the entire performance.

Wishing Studio 25 continued success, growth, and many wonderful memories in the seasons ahead. Congratulations on an amazing first year—we can’t wait to see what the future holds for your studio! ❤️✨

As we continue preparing for our Year 8 Recital, our dancers will be working on some of the most exciting parts of the show, including our Fashion Show Production, Finale, Opening, and Mom Dance! 🎭💜

Competition Team dancers will also kick off the evening with conditioning as we continue building strong, confident, and healthy athletes.
