This Sunday is the first Sunday we're open in June.

We know schedules fill up fast, and for many people, Saturdays aren't always an option. With the July 1st legislation approaching, we wanted to give our customers a few extra opportunities throughout June to come in, browse the selection, and pick up the rifles, handguns, and magazines they've been considering before many of them are no longer available.

We'll be open every Sunday in June, with one exception. We will be CLOSED on Father's Day, June 21st, so our team can spend the day with their families.

Don't forget, our online store is updated daily with current inventory, making it easy to see what's available before you make the trip.

If there's something you've had your eye on, don't wait too long. Inventory continues to move, and once many of these items are gone, they won't be coming back.

The Freedom Ordnance FX-9 has earned a following for a reason.

July 1st is getting closer, and every week we’re watching more of these rifles leave the shelves.

For years, these have been some of the most popular platforms in the store. Rifles customers love to shoot at the range, customize, collect, and pass down. Now, many of them are expected to be affected by Virginia’s upcoming legislation, and once our current inventory is gone, there will not be another shipment coming behind it.

What makes this different is how fast things are moving. Customers aren’t “waiting until later” anymore. They’re coming in now because they understand this could be the last real opportunity to own one of these rifles in Virginia.

Every hour the racks look a little different. One model sells out, another gets harder to find, another customer decides they don’t want to wait any longer. You can feel the urgency building, not just in the store, but in the community.

If you’ve been thinking about one, or even wanted to come look at what’s still available, now’s the time to stop by and see them in person before July 1st gets here.

We’ve had a lot of people asking about the new “1776” themed ammo cases that recently hit our floor. 🇺🇸

These patriotic MTM cases come loaded with .223 FMJ and have quickly become one of the more talked about items in the store. Between the themed design, reusable hard case, and bulk ammo setup, they’ve been getting plenty of attention from shooters, collectors, and range regulars alike.

We currently have a large selection out on the sales floor, so if you’ve been wanting to see them in person, now’s a great time to check them out while inventory is still strong.

We know life gets busy, and with us normally only being open on Saturdays during the weekend, it can make it tough for some customers to find the time to come in and look through everything before the July 1st legislation takes effect.

Because of that, we will now be open on Sundays starting the first weekend in June!

We wanted to give everyone a few extra opportunities to come by, take their time looking through the rifles, handguns, and magazines expected to be impacted, ask questions, and pick up what they’ve been thinking about before many of these items are gone for good.

Our online store is also updated daily, so customers can browse current in stock inventory online before making the trip in.

Virginia Governor Signs "Assault Weapons" Ban Into Law

Governor Spanberger has officially signed SB749 and HB217 into law, marking a major shift in Virginia's firearm regulations.

Now that the legislation is officially signed, here is exactly what the new law states:

🔹 The Effective Date: The law is currently set to go into effect on July 1st, 2026.

🔹 The Restrictions: It prohibits the manufacture, sale, or purchase of defined assault weapons and magazines that hold more than 15 rounds.

🔹 The Grandfather Clause: Anyone who already legally owns these fi****ms or magazines prior to July 1st is permitted to keep them, and the law allows them to be transferred to immediate family members.

🔹 The Penalties: A conviction under this law carries a Class 1 misdemeanor and a mandatory three-year prohibition on purchasing, possessing, or transporting any firearm.

Multiple state and federal lawsuits have already been filed by groups including the NRA, VCDL, and Gun Owners of America seeking to block the law before the summer deadline. We are monitoring these court challenges closely.
