Robin Montgomery is a WTA champion for the first time.

At 20 years old she cracked the top 100 in the world, but then a wrist injury took her off the tour for nine months. She came back as a qualifier and went undefeated all week at the Libéma Open.

Six matches, six wins, and her first WTA title. That’s resilience.

After joining JTCC through the Community Outreach program, she progressed through the High Performance program before turning pro.

Two scholars, two scholarships. Yared Alfred and Shaun Fernando were just named 2026 USTA Foundation College Scholarship recipients for their work on the court, in the classroom, and in their communities.

Fernando is headed to Carnegie Mellon, Alfred to Howard.

140 players battled it out at our Club Championship this weekend and the buzz hasn’t stopped. For Division A, it all comes down to a Marta vs. Eva final this Friday at 1 PM, two of our coaches competing for the title.
