We are looking to rename “the Pride”, and we want to hear from you!

Head over to the story to vote on the new name of the Maryland Student Section Organization.

After the Round of 16, we will solicit your vote on the Maryland Terrapins story for the Round of 8 before sending the Final 4 names to our students via email for the final vote, so students, be sure to check those emails!

Be sure to sign up for The Pride’s March Madness Challenge for a chance to win a Maryland Basketball Jersey! 🔥🐢

All current UMD students are eligible to participate. Simply fill out the registration Google Form and submit your bracket by March 16th.

Students may submit up to 2 brackets — one for the Men’s tournament and one for the Women’s tournament.

🏆 The best Men’s and Women’s brackets will each win a Maryland Basketball Jersey!
