We provide a safe, clean, and family friendly environment for programs such as Boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Kickboxing, Kudo, TRX Suspension Training, and MMA. Our students range in age and fitness level -- we train complete beginners all the way up to professional fighters.

On Friday we had pro boxer .marinelli's work team from Lululemon out for a team sweat session and we had a blast with them. They did great, learning some boxing skills and they said they had a fun workout. Sami enjoyed sharing her boxing lifestyle with her team before leaving on Saturday for Tennessee for her fight! She fights Tuesday (tomorrow). Nice work everyone! Thank you for coming out!

If you would like to do a team builder workout for your work team or other group, we would love to set it up with you're team. Because while we are a serious boxing gym, we also are here for all fitness related goals as well. Because we believe boxing can be for everyone. Each individual just has different goals in the end. And we are here to support all of it. The owners started off with only fitness goals in mind as well and it is our priveledge to share this with everyone to continue this trend. At the Great Lakes Grudge Pro-Am fights May 16th in Holland we brought 3 to fight, unfortunately Markos was ready but his opponent backed out the night before.

Adrianna and Adam stole the show (not our words) with their skills, heart and drive. Our boxing team, professionals and amateurs are on a terror. We are so proud of these youth boxers. They put in the work training like professionals and are always ready for the next fight. They are the next generation of future champions at New Way! 🥊🔥

Youth boxing is one of our youth programs that has teens that started when they were super young. Coach Sunshine and Coach Lisa are attentive to all ages and make sure to keep the attention and interest of the young little boxers as well. If you have seen our teen boxers box, you know they are getting top notch instruction. We train ages 5yrs and up.
