Today we honor .carroll1 , who just hit 200 classes with the kind of focus and form that makes instructors melt a little inside. Her work ethic is steady, intentional, and so deeply felt in every class she takes.

But what we love most is how she lifts others up with kindness, encouragement, and quiet strength that shapes the whole room.
