The CCC LGA held their Ryder Cup tournament on the 15th and 22nd. The format was the same for both days, Four Ball on the front and Modified Alternate Shot on the back 9.

Our team captains were Maggie Scott and Linda Mullins. We had gorgeous weather and a fun, competitive event. Going into the final round, Linda Mullin's team had a 1 point lead.

The final round was very close, and several matches were played through the last hole to decide the winner. Linda's team won 3 points in 4 Ball and 2.5 points in Alternate shot, for a total of 5.5 points. Maggie's team won 2 points on the front and 2.5 points on the back for a total of 4.5 points. The two day total for Linda's team was 12 points and Maggie's team, 10 points. It was a close, fun tournament!

**You can join the fun and play with our LGA group too! Please email Jan Runyon at [email protected] to get started!**
