I say it each time we “glove up” , sparring is not a fight nor is it ego driven. Sparring allows for application, learning what does/doesn’t work against someone attempting the same. It’s far from a fight yet opportunities to learn , particularly about ourselves is the goal. Keep training! We don’t lose we learn🥋❤️💪🏽 ❤️

I say it CONSTANTLY 🙄. Kumite is for learning, sharing, applying. It’s not a fight but some understanding of technique will certainly be helpful if we get in one 🥋🤨.
