This week, we’re putting a special focus on self-defense at Partners TaeKwonDo!

Students will work on practical skills while developing something even more important: awareness, confidence, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Every week on the mat is about preparing our students for more than just their next belt. It’s about giving them skills and confidence they can carry into everyday life.

What a season for Master Dylan. 🥋

I’m incredibly proud of what he accomplished at the USAT Season Final, but even more proud of the journey that brought him there.

This season wasn’t always easy. There were setbacks, tough matches, frustration, and plenty of challenges. But through it all, Dylan kept showing up, kept working, and kept moving forward.

That’s where you see character. That’s where you see perseverance.

The medals are a great reflection of his hard work, but the growth we’ve seen in Dylan this season is what makes me most proud.

It’s been an incredible journey to watch—and I’m honored to be his coach.
