What ripple effects might the current scrutiny on foreign student programs have on the experienced talent market?

There's already a looming talent shortage. At the very least, this uncertainty slows critical hiring; at worst, it exacerbates the talent problem. We should examine our reliance on foreign students for these programs and consider how to expand candidate pools, develop skills in these critical areas, and create talent optionality.

The talent shortage issue isn't going away, and most aren't taking it seriously enough.
