Kerri Hennelly - Healthy: Inside & Out I'm Kerri Hennelly! Staff Development Teacher by day and health coach all the time. I have a chronic illness and strive daily to become healthier.

I started my fitness journey many years ago but continually got derailed by my ulcerative colitis flare-ups. After my last round of prednisone and getting into remission, I vowed that I would get fit, lose the prednisone weight plus my needed weight and stay healthy in the process. It is a big goal and plan to do it by working towards the progress not the perfection of each day!
