Mark your calendars: SOLDIERFIT HELL WEEK 2026 kicks off Monday, September 14th and runs through Saturday, September 19th. We know it doesn't sound pleasant, but we promise- it's fun!
For those new to the tradition:
Hell Week is our 6-day tribute to the branches of the U.S. military — Army, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, Marines, and Space Force. Each day's workout is built in honor of the discipline, values, and sacrifice of those who serve.
This is one of the most anticipated weeks of the year at SOLDIERFIT and it's not for the faint of heart. Every boot camp will offer the same workout - YOU choose if you sign up to commit to four out of six days or just come as you please.
Here's what you need to know:

🎯 Goal: Complete 4 of the 6 daily workouts to earn your Hell Week completion shirt
💵 Cost: $25 to register
⏰ Sign up by September 4th to guarantee your shirt
This week is about pushing past what you think you're capable of, showing up for your squad, and honoring something bigger than yourself. Whether you've done Hell Week before or this is your first time, come ready to work.
Talk to your trainers or front desk to register — spots and shirt sizes are limited, so don't wait until the last minute!
