There really is a little bit of everything here. Yoga, movement, chiropractic care, massage, healing, stillness, connection, & space to simply breathe.

We have SO much to offer, and we love that there’s something here for so many different people, different needs, + different seasons of life.

But the truth is… we exist because of the community that shows up.

Through the gentle vibrations of precision-tuned tuning forks, Stella creates a peaceful soundscape designed to help you slow down, settle your nervous system, quiet the noise, and reconnect with yourself.

No experience necessary. Just come as you are, get comfortable, and give yourself permission to pause.

Dr. Stella J. Wuttke is a psychologist, meditation teacher, and Sound Energy Healing practitioner. With a doctorate in Cognitive Neuroscience and nearly 15 years of university research and teaching, she beautifully blends science, sound, and contemplative practices to create experiences that support relaxation, inner balance, and well-being.

Challenging flow with plenty of modifications offered, making it welcoming for all levels & all bodies. Expect creative movement, balancing flows, mindful breathwork, carefully picked playlist, & a relaxing savasana to close out your practice.

Candles glowing, Palo Santo burning, eucalyptus in the air… all the little things that make Wednesday night feel like a reset.
