DFF Fam! We need all of your love, support, prayers, good vibes and BIG BIG energy!

Our very own instructor and sparkle queen, Emily, was recently diagnosed with cancer. She has undergone a major surgery and is on the mend. We are hopeful that the cancer is gone but will keep you updated because her fight and recovery are not over.

If you know Emily, you know that she is a true ray of sunshine. She is happy, positive and is always supporting and uplifting everyone around her. Don’t get it twisted…this girl can get down and dirty and she will make you WERK! That is why we know that she will be ok. She is a fighter and now it is our turn to show up for her as she has always shown up for this community.

Em, we love you so much and we are twerking it out for you everyday until you are back under the lights dancing with us.

We hosted our first ever “Friends of the Factory” night a few weeks ago to celebrate all the wonderful members in our DFF community! ✨

andddd ofc we ended up dancing 💁🏻‍♀️ the instructors handed their mics over and a few of our clients took the floor to lead us through some DFF signature moves — and they did NOT disappoint 🔥🔥
