Fit and Fabulous Personal training and small group classes servicing the Cincinnati area. Small group personal training sessions allow 6-12 clients to work in a group setting.

ACE certified personal trainer, Teri Koroman, that can travel to your home or you can come to mine. I individualize each workout for the client, and we work on health and fitness goals during our one-one-one sessions. I will come to your home, business, school, or church and set up stations for the group, utilizing core exercises and functional training. Clients in the group enjoy encouraging each other during these sessions, which creates a great team-building atmosphere.
